When you create an account, we collect your email address and password (stored securely using bcrypt hashing). When you connect payment platforms (Stripe, PayPal, Gumroad, LemonSqueezy), we store OAuth tokens and API credentials necessary to sync your financial data.
We use your information to provide and improve RevPane's services, including syncing transactions from connected platforms, generating AI-powered financial insights, and sending you important account notifications.
Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Railway's infrastructure. We use HTTPS for all connections and bcrypt for password hashing. Financial data is associated with your account and is not shared with other users.
We integrate with Anthropic (Claude AI) for financial insights. When you use AI features, relevant financial context is sent to Anthropic's API for processing. We also integrate with Stripe for billing. These services have their own privacy policies.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time. You can disconnect payment platforms to stop data syncing. You can export your transaction data in CSV format.
